Mil Sabores: Authentic Mexican Street Food Experience in Bridgeport

Another fantastic night at Mil Sabor! Our server Johnny Was funny, hospitable and quick. We took my mother here , she’s from El Salvador. Loved her seafood soup special. We had the tortas, carne asada and seafood soup special. We were greeted by an another server when we first arrived and everyone is so nice and spoke to my mom in Spanish which she loved . Definitely are coming back again. This is our second time coming here .

The food was amazing! The service with Johnny was incredible. Everyone was so on point! It was our first time there and we’re definitely coming back! God bless you all!

I had an incredible experience at Mil sabores, From the moment we walked in the staff made me feel genuinely welcome, The hospitality was top notch,Warm,Attentive, and professional without being overbearing, The food was absolutely delicious every dish was fresh,Flavorful, and beautifully presented,You can tell there's real care and passion in the kitchen,Service was prompt and friendly,With great attention to detail. It's rare to find a place that gets all three things right service,food and atmosphere but they NAILED IT. Highly highly recommended thanks you to the owner Edwin,Johnny the bartender and the entire staff for being so amazing.

We have been trying to come here for dinner for a while and we finally did! It was wonderful. Rudy was our sever, he was excellent; friendly, warm and knowledgeable. It’s our 7th wedding anniversary and what a treat it was to come here for dinner. We had the tacos; mine was the Pibil style pork and my husband had the chorizo. We also had churros and ice cream for dessert. We will definitely be back soon.

This restaurant was recommended to me for a date night with my husband and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere was chill with beautiful Spanish music playing, the lights were dim but not too dark and the decor is so pretty! Casual but still refined in the details with a beautiful mural and flower wall. Our server for our evening was Rudy and he was so pleasant. Super attentive, gave great recommendations and had such a positive attitude. The food was so good, I’m a sauce girlie and they brought 4 sauces to the table automatically! The birria rolls were such a highlight, as well as the pataconcitos plantain cups (we got all 3 choices ) but the carne mechada was my favorite. As it was so tender and flavorful. My husband and I had the shrimp, fish and carne asada tacos. We enjoyed the shrimp the best but all were very good. We also had the tostones and maduros. My mango guava margarita was on point, great flavor and just the right amount of tequila! Definitely adding this spot to my favorites list!

Very cute place. Food was good but some things needed a little something more. Pork Belly Taco needed an acidic. The coleslaw in it provided the opportunity for a vinegar base to build complexity but it was a little bland. Birria burrito was good but extremely heavy and was more of a chimichanga than a burrito. It comes with sour cream but I had to ask for it. Very attentive with my request for no cilantro. Two thumbs up for service! Drinks were great. Will come back!
